Giant DJ1 Gathering Coming SOON!!!

Dear all....
We have an announcement + vote to make.
Our lovely sister Ms. Ang Chia Ling is going to get married soon.



At the moment her future husband & her has fixed 2 wedding date & venue, which will be commenced at Malacca (29/05/2010) & Penang (04/06/2010).

Last year, Chia Ling told us that there will be 3 venue, which includes KL. As most of DJ1 is based, live & work in KL, I think most of us prefer KL's wedding to be our DJ1 most GREATEST gathering venue...

However, Chia Ling just sent me a message, saying that KL's wedding date & venue is yet to be confirmed, most importantly, it is not in very near future...

So, I hereby, need a suggestion or vote from our dear DJ1.

(1) To wait for KL's wedding date fixed.

(2) Attend Malacca's wedding on 29/05/2010 ( I can be the guide ). Venue is at Cheng香园 ( about 10KM from Malacca town).

(3) Attend Penang' wedding on 04/06/2010. Venue at 中华海鲜餐厅CRC Restaurant Jalan Padang Victoria (near to France Taipei Bridal Shop) .

I REALLY-REALLY hope that we could get a place that can gather all of us at once, if wait for KL's wedding have most demand, we shall follow the majority.

OK guy & gal, I am waiting for your respond ASAP!!!!

We just celebrated our DJ1 12yrs Post-Grads Gathering~~~

Well, after 2 years ago we met, this is the second time we get togather with the fellow DJ1 members....

As for Ding Ling Chin, who is carrying a baby boy, now expecting another baby... Congrats!!!

譚媽媽返馬了！

All DJ1 , Tham is coming back from 4th April for 2 weeks, isn't that GREAT!!!
The last time we had our 10th Grand Gathering was 2years ago, I wish to take this opportunity to organise another gathering.
I suggested a tentative date of gathering on 11th April, could any one suggest a better date? ( I think Lee ChinChin is on her maternaty month, so she will be absent )
Could any one suggest a venue for this gathering? If most of us feel that SukChing's house is still the best place to get together, then I shall call her & PUJUK her to spare us the place...
I had post this annoucement on Facebook, but not all DJ1 joint facebook, so I hope those who seen this post, would be much appreciated if all of you could annouce or spread this news to other DJ1...

Touching Moment of life!!!

2008年11月22日，阿Sir跟來自東馬的夫婿慶權，踏上紅地毯，獲得許多親友及DJ1的祝福，這一刻，真的很感動！


雖然當天有四對新人，一起在主及親友的面前，大聲的說出：“我願意！”，場面浩大，也有點混亂，但是，當天的焦點都落在我們身上，因為我們是唯一一對穿上中國服裝的一對哦！








到場的DJ1，真不好意思，當時真的招待不週，無論如何，還是要謝謝你們！
謝謝你們的到來，也謝謝那些未克出席的DJ1們 的祝福及關心，我都收到了…

我們了！！



雖然我們給人的感覺已是“老夫老妻”，但是，說到底，我們一日還沒有進教堂，還沒有獲得在天上的父點頭的哦…

上週跟神父“INTERVIEW”后，我們苦等已久的好消息，終于可以公諸于世了。

謹此，我們（羅慶權KENT LO & 鄭素瑾MONICA TAY ～ah sir ），將于以下日期進教堂行婚禮。

日期：2008年11月22日（星期六）
時間：上午11時
地點：馬六甲市區，聖德肋撒天主堂
（ST. THERESA CHURCH，JALAN GAJAH BERANG, MELAKA）

★註：為了不讓親朋戚友破費，我們邀請你及親愛的家人出席，見證我們的婚禮，就已足夠了！！
在這裡，我們也有個小小的要求，就是當天，我們都不穿婚紗或西裝，兩人只穿旗袍及唐裝，所以，也希望出席者都穿上華人傳統服裝，做我們的見證人。
同時，我們會在教堂行婚禮后，在教堂外面擺自助餐設午宴，所以，也希望大家將此消息告訴大家，並在10月20日之前，告訴我們有多少人會出席，方便我們做出安排。
還有，誰需要找酒店住宿，也盡在10月20日之前告訴我們，方便我們為你們預定酒店或旅館。

我們也希望這次簡單的婚禮，可以做為DJ1的大集會（不好意思，要大家下馬六甲一趟囉！），所以，希望屆時大家能夠踴躍出席。

金鼠年大吉又大利 ！

各位DJ 1， 時間過得真快，轉眼間就是春節，祝各位DJ1及家眷金鼠年大吉又大利 ！ …（大家又添一歲了，嘻！）


繼去年十週年大集會后，我原本想趁新年熱，在新年期間（或新年后）辦第二次的大集會，若遠在台灣的譚媽媽也在二月或三月返馬，我們集會的人數肯定增加，氣氛更加濃郁，嘩！真是喜上加喜哦！

孰知，幾個禮拜前，跟譚媽媽在聊天室談起，才得知譚媽媽應該會在今年八月才能回鄉探望我們這些老朋友，所以，我也沒在春節期間召集各位，舉辦第二次集會。

其實，DJ1的第一次集會之所以成功舉辦，真的要感謝淑卿贊助場地。更要獻上萬二分的感謝給淑卿媽媽為我們準備的美食。

所以，在考慮要在何時辦第二次集會時，也必須把地點、需要準備的食物，等等因素考慮在內。（除非有人或淑卿做出OFFER，借出自己的家及包辦伙食）。

說到尾，我相信DJ1都已做好準備，出席第二次的大集會，目前萬事具備，只欠東風（擇定吉日及地點），是嗎？

無論如何，我還是希望下個集會的日子離現在不遠，（當然若大選落在三月，我們必須要讓路給大選囉～）以免DJ1集會的熱忱，會隨著時光流逝，而逐漸淡化了…

我還是認為，DJ1之間互動及聯繫的保溫最佳方法，就是通過我們的部落格，不斷在UPDATE DJ1的最新消息。

Our class grew bigger with all the recent offsprings :-) Suk ching still ini the lead at the moment, until someone beat her with 4, Heh heh....

Anyway, nice to see most of our classmate truned up in the gathering. For those whose could not make it, try harder next time ;-)

Although on 50% of DJ1 turned up... but we are great family & our family members were having a joyest time yesterday...

Hey DJ1, Raya Holiday, DJ1 Holiday too?

Look like Raya long Holiday, our DJ members also having long holiday? Seems like no one posting new post or Photo during Raya Holiday la? Where is everyone?

Ha! I think most of us only online during office hour & in the office, so when holiday comes, our mind also have a break...

OK lah... just sending a token of appreciation to 龍青, as he offer himself to buy a BIRTHDAY cake for us. This cake has a double meaning雙重意義─ Suk Ching BIRTHDAY & 10th Grand Gathering...
