我的膽……量比較小，不敢看鬼戲。哈哈！
其實沒有什么大問題。只是一向飲食在外，難免油膩，希望減輕身體負擔而已。

簡單來說，我連續5天蘋果汁，第6天喝點瀉鹽，后來加上橄欖油＋檸檬汁，第二天早上就出來。希望給你的資料可以幫上忙。
